In an opinion that appears to go far beyond legalizing possession of marijuana, the supreme court in Argentina has ruled in a case concerning five young men arrested with marijuana on them. The Argentine supreme court said, to quote the BBC:
"Each adult is free to make lifestyle decisions without the intervention of the state"
private behavior was legal, "as long as it doesn't constitute clear danger"
"The state cannot establish morality"
This makes it official: Argentina is more progressive than America.
